product information, promotions and content on the website

follow up with graphic designer to create banners, images, promotions etc for display on the website

Coordinate with store and delivery persons to improve the quality of service to customers.

Manage website configuration & parameters (eg payment options, stock management)

Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising

Evaluate approaches & strategies to improve website sales conversions & customer engagement
