Facilities Coordinator - Honeywell

Responsibilities: • Highly skilled in greeting visitors and directing them to the right person or section • Serve as backup on all specialized administrative duties • Responsible for assigning and tracking Admin policy and procedure documentation. • Responsible for accuracy, clarity and quality of Admin documentation • 6S report and walk around process for facility • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system • Sign for and distribute DHL/Fed Ex/Airborne packages • Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences • Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking • Support HSE for building steward • Support staff for assigned project based work • Travel and logistic for Honeywell employees and visitors • Other duties as assigned To learn more about Honeywell’s Automation & Control Solutions business visit our website!
