On behalf of our client we are currently looking for a Client Support Manager who will be in charge of handling works necessary for carrying out of the after-sale maintenance & support services of our client. Our client is a well known Multinational Insurance and Re-insurance company based in Dubai and below are the duties and responsibilities that they have prepared for the bearer of this role;
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Prepare all client contracts;
2. Give support to solution of problems experienced with the clients after the sales;
3. Give support to product development works;
4. Arrange the covers of the existing products;
5. Prepare quotations for existing and new clients;
6. Organize activities that will strengthen the client loyalty;
7. Monitor and assess the profitability of the contracts;
8. Conduct the renewal negotiations of the contracts;
9. Draft all contracts and product descriptions in English;
10. Give support to the works on ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System;
11. Carry out the quotation procedures in coordination with the company headquarters.
