HR Officer - Al Manahij Educational group

We are looking for an MALE HR Officer, who understands and be able to implement Human Resource practices.

Duties- Maintain & conduct the employment / hiring process by managing job postings, reviewing resumes, performing telephone and preliminary interviews, conducting reference checks, preparing job offers / contracts.- Keep employee’s status up-to-date by processing & posting employee changes in a timely manner in Employee’s files and in the system.- Design and implement proper Evaluation / Appraisal Process and compile results.- To study the various drawback in the present system & to analyze / implement improvement procedures.- Handle all Iqama affairs; issuing of new, renewing of old, cancelling, etc.- Exit Re-entry and Final exit processing.- Medical Insurance matters.
