Duties and Responsibilities
• Establishes and maintains relationships with key hospital accounts and to coordinate evaluation and conversion activity with local Smiths Medical Account Managers and Clinical Consultants.
• Provides on the job training in the field for new and existing representatives on Smiths Medical products.
• Provides a concentrated selling effort and clinical feedback on any new products during initial rollout phase.
• Coordinates all selling and training efforts with either the Regional Business Manager, Director, or Area Vice President - Sales.
