Marc Ellis Consulting are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant focused on our IT & Telecommunications market.

We are looking for ambitious, driven and enthusiastic people to develop a career as part of Marc Ellis Consulting. The role of the Recruitment Consultant is within the IT & Telecommunications division, working with the Middle East Regions leading IT and Telecommunications companies. This is a resourcing position, involving contacting candidates and clients to match up and secure the best talent with the most suitable opportunities requiring a keen eye for detail, proactive approach and work ethic. The Recruitment Consultant will be initially based in our head office in Chelsea with the opportunity to join our expansion to the United Arab Emirates.
Key Accountabilities:
• Identifying, contacting and maintaining an active working relationship with talented candidates from across the globe.
• Conducting in-depth analysis into candidates skills, experience and background.
• Identifying and matching suitable opportunities to candidates within a specific salary range, geographical location and corporate profile.
• Drawing up short-lists, organising interviews and offering feedback to candidates.
• Negotiating and writing up contracts and offer letters to Marc Ellis Consulting standards.
• Responding to candidate enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Identifying detailed leads within targeted industry and geographical location.
• Attending team meetings, reviews and training sessions.
