Sales Cordinator - Aalmir Plastic Industries

1.Assist the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.

2.Assist and coordinate with different department to prepare invoices, production order and delivery orders etc. to ensure all products are manufactured and delivered on time as per client requirements.

3.Follow up with production and delivery to ensure timeline is maintained.

4.Follow up with customer regarding requirements.

5.Receive and follow up with LPO

6.Prepare quotations at times then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.

7.Maintain a good relationship with the existing customers. He/she will interact with clients over the phone or face to face and solve their problems.

8.Responsible for handling issues regarding complaints of sold products.

9.Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.

10.Must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.

11.You must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department

12.Type all correspondence including letters, e‐mail, etc. Distribute and file all correspondence

13.Send Brochures and samples to clients and prospective clients, as needed

14.Follow up with payments and any other requirement as indicated by management

15.Generate the Sales Report
