Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Strategic Accounts Director to join our Security & Cash Services Business in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Sales Director in the Saudi Arabia, you will be joining a team during a period of continual business growth. We employee over 16,000 in Saudi Arabia and turn over 1bn+ SR per year.
The successful applicant would be primarily responsible to enhance and develop the commercial and business relations with the country’s strategic key accounts / clients by deploying effective client support mechanisms. Further, this role would be responsible to retain and grow the Regional Accounts portfolio against specific revenue and PBITA targets for the accounts assigned.
Role Responsibilities
• Plan and direct the organization’s Strategic Accounts Development objectives to achieve the cross selling targets and standards for improvising the individual and departmental performance, client relationship, service quality and competence with international standards.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing customers by successfully selling and implementing new business products and services, supporting the regional bid preparation and major contract start-ups.
• Design and build exceptional relationships within the business units and strategic Accounts / key stakeholders to develop and execute business enhancement plans that will drive and improvise lead generation, client retention and cross-selling opportunities with other parts of business.
• Identify opportunities and events to promote the G4S Security & Cash business, and share these forums with the wider prospective companies and clients on a continuous basis.
• Analyse, define and revise the current customer satisfaction research programs and reinvent the programs into more effective and customer oriented process.
