Time Controller - SAMACO Automotive Career Site

Functional Description

This position is responsible to ensure the correct recording of mechanics operations time on the job order and the daily labor card.



Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Record the mechanics operations time on the daily labor card and repair job order.

• Check the manufacturer standard times for operations and compare it to the actual time mechanics consume.

• Prepare daily productivity, efficiency reports and closing of the time cards.

• Maintain accurate time registration on the daily labor card.

• Make all calculations related to time management in the workshop.

• Identify mechanics free times and advise the workshop controller.



Note: this job description shall include, but is not necessarily limited to the above duties. May temporarily perform other duties assigned to maintain operations and services.



Reporting Line

This position reports to the Workshop Controller.



Span of Control

This position has no supervisory authority.
