*-Reads and understands the drawings and executes works accordingly as per Company’s quality requirements.
*-Responsible for optimizing the usage of the allocated manpower, material and equipment for assigned works to meet daily, weekly, monthly targets.
*-Provides required assistance and opens works fronts to the subcontractors as agreed with Superintendent/Engineers.
*-Plans daily and weekly activities and arranges with general foreman/ engineers for manpower, equipment and material required to execute the works.
*Adheres to company safety policies/practices as interpreted by superintendent/engineers and able to train and educate the workforce with such practices.
*-Controls and enhances productivity and minimizes overtime of the assigned workforce.
*-Responsible for enhancing the quality of workmanship at site.
*-Minimizes material wastage and idleness of *-manpower and equipment.
