Customer Support Experts depend of Market Operations department within Zone Field Engineering. Support Customer requests for emergencies, trouble shooting and technical assistance during warrantly and life cycle of the machine.

Lead complete solution delivery from customer call under ticket closing in coordination with experts from Technical & Product Group supports, planning Field Service Engineers, Part Administrations & Customer Services Manager.

Is a key role between customer and CSM for technical problem solving and advices.
