Logistics Manager

 Well knowledge of planning preventive and corrective maintenance of Vehicles & Equipment ( JCB, Milling Asphalt, Mobile Crane, Crawler Crane, Tower Crane, Forklift, Container Handlers, Bulldozer, Loader, Backhou Loader Grader Excavator, Trailler Buses, Trucks and Generators )

 Must be able to successfully supervise troubleshooting, Repair, Overhaul, Replacement of Hydraulics equipments and Electronic Components

 Efficient handling of the operations of shop floor achievement of given targets Implement & monitor processes to ensure quick turnaround time of equipments

 Provide technical and diagnostic support to technicians, supervisor & foremen

 Carry out recall campaigns, Coordinate with parts department, vendor, Front office and shop floor efficiently for smooth functioning of workshop

 Ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain good relationship with fleet customer & resolve customer complaints within given Time frame, implement cost reduction measures in the shop floor

 Manage human resource efficiently and maintain Discipline in the work area

 Monitor technician Productivity /Efficiency /Utilization, Identify skill / Knowledge requirements and recommend for Training programs Motivate staff in ensure optimum manpower efficiency And improved customer service, achieve targets Focusing to generate new servicing leads with potential customers and develops better mechanism of new opportunity with existing machines.

 He would be responsible to present to management MIS reports, workshop (KPI) Key Performance Reports Product quality information reports etc as and when required

 Monitor upkeep of workshop, Proper maintenance of tools and equipments and resolve any infrastructural problems in coordination with administration to ensure efficient utilization of facilities and minimize Downtime.
