ProLab Systems is specialized in supplying Hi-Tech laboratory instruments and support. Our suppliers are based in Europe and our customers are located in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for highly motivated candidate technically inclined team member to take the responsibility in offering our customers commercial support. In this role you will be the contact person to communicate with our customers, suppliers and logistic partners.
Your professionalism, initiative and office skills will be welcomed. You will have plenty of room to be creative and management is always open to new suggestions.
Job Details
Your full-time role will include providing a full range of administrative and logistics skills including:
• Provide our customer with quotations
• Process purchase order with our suppliers.
• Manage the logistic process with our logistic partners to ensure delivering shipments to the customers.
• Maintain and follow up on submitted quotations, purchase orders and deliveries.
• Prepare and send invoices to the customers and follow up on payment.
• Managing and filing expense reports and service job sheet.
• Maintain our instruments database with new service entries.
• Arrange flights and hotel booking for the company managers and the service engineers.
• Support the service enigeneers and service manager with customer visits planning.
• Provide weekly report to management and our accountant about purchase orders and deliveries status.
