Onboarding Team Leader - New Hire
The Onboarding Team Leader - New Hire Onboarding’s primary responsibility is to design and ensure that high quality new hire orientations are delivered across the company. In addition, this role will provide coaching to the HR team & dealing closely with the L&D department.
Key Duties
Handle a team of 5-8 Employees.
Involved in Senior level Onboarding process
Excellent communication and team handling role
Own pre-hire paperwork and processes including: entering new hires into the system, creating personnel files, communicating with hiring managers.
Manage post day-one communications including: answering new hire questions.
Train HR colleagues on the processes and content and ensure consistent, high quality delivery across all locations.
Own and continuously improve the program processes and content
Compile results from NHO survey, analyze and report to HR team and suggest process improvements
Partner with HR team, IT and business to improve onboarding efficiencies
Implement new tools and technologies to enhance onboarding
Maintain and improve new hire portal, new hire presentation and collateral
Run the daily huddle and check the flow of on-boarding process daily.
