Program Coordinator

• Support the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating the operational activities of the program.

• Coordinate the daily clerical and administrative operations of the office.

• Coordinate travel arrangements and arrange business itinerary for the program staff.

• Assist the Program Manager in preparing the program plans and time schedule, by clarifying the detailed tasks and activities and the estimated durations pertaining to such.

• Organize trainings, meetings and maintain schedules and calendars upon request.

• Performs general secretarial duties independently

• Write official letters, and respond to correspondences as per the Program Manager instructions.

• Screen mail, telephone and draft correspondence

• Provide guidance and assistance to events participants and beneficiaries.

• Prioritize workload to efficiently meet team deadlines.
