Quantity Surveyor Engineer. - Saudi Bin Laden Haram Project

• Receives and study the drawings, contracts and project BOQ.

• Surveying quantities through the shop drawings and the site.

• Assist in preparing the Bill of Quantities.

• Certification of takeoff submitted by the subcontractor.

• Review monthly subcontractors’ payment certificates.

• Prepare the monthly Payment Certificate to submit to Clint representative.

• Prepare Bar Bending schedule.

• Calculates the Quantities from Drawings and submit to all concern departments
