Senior Accountant- Receivables - Arasco

To facilitate timely collection of receivables, thereby efficiently managing the Working Capital Requirement



Ensure Effective Receivables Management



* Maintenance of customer records in Systems



* Provide analyses to the sales personnel as required by the



Manager - Receivables/ Chief Accountant



* Attend meetings with overdue customers after taking over overdue



accounts



Compliance with Policy



* Complying with the accounting policies laid down by the Group for



Receivables. These specifically pertain to:



o Adherence to Credit Limits and permitting credit sales to



customers in excess of credit limits (through manual



intervention in System)



* Provide accurate cash receivable estimates to the Chief



Accountant to plan the short term cash requirements



Ensure Maintenance of daily records



* Ensure proper maintenance of records for verifications



Cross Check and Verify records



* Cross check and verify data/records processed by the Accountant
