Senior Commercial Account Manager - International Markets - City Services Consultancy

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business (new clients) for CC LOB from UAE & The GCC region

• Develop annual sales/business plan including:

• Planning annual revenue stream

• Manage previous year backlog

• Sales forecast

• Revenue forecast

• Sales staff targets

• Manages the following sales tasks:

• Build new and strengthen the existing accounts relationships

• Manage the complete sales cycle (initial engagement, presentation, proposal submission, contract submission and follow up)

• Manage the accounts commercially in terms of: Advance payment, customer relationship, extra services, Business Review Meetings, accounts planning, etc…

• Prepare performance / pipeline reports for senior management

• Develop matrixes with sales potential / pipeline for each sector / market

• Ensure - along with operations team - that the required revenue stream (monthly/quarterly/annual) is meeting business plan

• Conducts internal/external project kick off meetings

• Develop and Submit P&Ls with each new account landed

• Represent the company in PR / Marketing events or Road shows in UAE and the GCC region

• Performs other related duties as assigned
