Sr. Legal Advisor - Arab National Bank

1-Reviews and prepares memos on all legal matters and issues referred by various units of the bank.



2-Reviews all agreements and provides legal opinions as required to protect the interest of the bank.



3-Assists in investigation of violations of bank regulations financial aspects or misconduct committed by employees of the bank and provides legal opinion on appropriate action.



4-Prepare petitions and pleadings on lawsuits filed by the bank or against the bank.



5-Performs other related miscellaneous duties as assigned.
