Job Purpose:
To strengthen the IKEA store as a medium by combining the IKEA Commercial Plan with our national and local plans in order to secure the relevance, attractiveness and competitiveness of the IKEA Brand in every local market. By doing this we maximize sales and long-term profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
-Ensure high level of range presentation within the field of visual merchandising and range presentation in Markethall, Self-serve and agreed areas in Showroom to visualize the uniqueness of the IKEA range and distance us from the competition, in line with the IKEA manuals so the IKEA Concept is fully implemented
-Responsible to ensure up-to-date specialty shops, compacts, studios, self-serve furniture and activity areas, creating vitality throughout these areas which exceeds our visitors expectations
-Responsible to working with the layout in areas of responsibility in order to create good overview and visual impact to provide and easy buying process for our customer
-Responsible to ensure up-to-date solutions, built on the customer’s needs in areas of responsibility, creating vitality throughout these areas which exceeds our visitors expectations
-Working together with colleges and team to ensure that the store is always in store as new
-Work with Com&In manager, Sales Managers and Shopkeeper to secure the optimal range presentation and achieve sales goals together with your Visual merchandising team
-Secures a proper work brief process together with the sales managers and logistics manager
Maintain and updated knowledge of the IKEA range and strategies
-Actively create weekly plan for each task and each co-worker in line with Department and Store plans and communicate to your team
-To actively support my Com&In manager and my colleges in implementing the store business plan to ensure the optimization of sales and long-term growth
-Achieving the time plans and budgets for each project set by the Com&In manager
