- Check with customer to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct and problems.

- Clean tables or counters after patrons have finish dining and remove all dirty dishes promptly.

- Collect paments from customers.

- Prepare cheqes that are itemized and total meal costs and sales taxes.

- Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.

- Serve food or beverages to patrons, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at table as required.

- Take orders from patrons for food or beverages;

- Write patrons' food on order slips, mmeroze orders or enter orders into computers for transmition to kitchen staff.

- Behave in a professional manner at all times

- Be courteous to all diners

- Report any defeciencies and or damages to the duty supervisor.

- Be always punctual.
