Administration Manager - Axiz Consulting

Our client is an established construction vehicle company in the UAE. The company provides transportation solutions for construction companies regionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing HR team and supporting them in their relevant designations.

- Ensuring the training and development of all the staff within the company.

- Developing the performance management system including periodically appraising staff

As part of management team, helping set divisions plans and operational budget

Continually developing the companies HR policies and procedures and monitoring the implementation.

- Overseeing compliance with all legal, audit, regulatory, risk management, contractual and safety risks.
