Contact Centre Supervisor - Abu Dhabi University Knowledge Group

* Gathering all required information and documents from part-time employees.



* Providing training required to new part-time employees.



* Schedule working time for part-time employees working in the contact center.



* Ensure contact center is operating at all times from 8 AM till 8 PM as per client’s requests and number of employees needed.



* Prepare reports of:



+ Part-time Employees Attendance



+ Part-time Employees Payroll





* Coordinate with HR for processing labor cards, preparing contracts, and payroll for part-time employees.



* Coordinate with client supervisor to ensure all the requirements of the client have been met.



* Attend project meetings with client to report project progress.
