A great opportunity to join a multinational manufacturing company and being responsible for detailed review and evaluation of contracts from a legal point of view. This will involve reviewing documents such as Terms and Conditions, pricing strategies, agency agreements and documents relating to tenders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Contract Management:
• Terms and Conditions review
• Pricing strategy and review
• Coordinate with legal, CST, Engineering, Finance, Operations and sales teams to complete the review of scope of work and contract deliverables
• Monitor agreement performance and all liabilities related to tenders
• Manage the contracts database
• Prepare and complete all contract and tender related documentation including bids, design, agreements, work authorisations, addendums, price agreements and all other associated documents
• Review and critique agency requirements
