CRM Marketing - Axiz Consulting

Our client is one of the leading specialists in the Automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring client needs are met, queries answered, issues/complaints addressed and expectations surpassed.

- Ensure long-term satisfaction of clients through effective perception management particularly when handling complaints.

- Build client database (collect customer details during events etc.) & clean existing database. Capture all required information at key point in the customer life cycle.

- Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.

- Plan CRM strategies encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.

- Call prospects with offers & customer satisfaction surveys.

- Deal with both B2B & B2C customers.

- Weekly and monthly reports.

- Work closely with all departments of the business to ensure that CRM is effective in all divisions.

- Work with Kerridge software.

- Customer journey mapping analyzing touch points with the company and maximizing commercial opportunities.
