Perform appropriate branding, display and merchandising to enhance the store's image.
Coordinate with brand’s ‘window department’ to improve quality and creativity in window displays.
Consult with shop managers to ascertain type, time and place of merchandising required.
Coordinate activities of ‘in store visual merchandising team’ engaged in laying and assembling displays.
Arrange branding elements, properties, furniture and merchandise according to prearranged plans.
Coordinate training and coaching program for ‘in store merchandising team.’
Partner with the marketing and branding teams to translate company goals for sales growth into creative store presentations.
Partner with brand strategy to provide visual graphics and complete directions for visual merchandising
program execution.
Facilitate training and coaching regarding merchandise presentation standards.
Collaborate with Brand Manager and ‘in store visual merchandisers’ to identify and implement best
practice activities.
Perform ongoing research on competitors' strengths, weaknesses and strategies, including conducting
regular market visits.
Act as a liaison between the brand and regional market needs with respect to merchandising, promotions,
marketing material, communications and branding.
Develop a merchandising council framework and reporting across the region to ensure that all programs
with customer facing elements are rolled out effectively and tracked.
Create new shop opening process and coordinate associated events.
Plan merchandising calendar according to business requests and group guidelines.
Coach and communicate with in store coordinators to ensure that merchandising guidelines are understood and executed in the correct manner.
