A small holding group of service companies is seeking a Financial Controller to further develop the accounting processes of the underlying firms and drive better business planning and analysis in order to support the CEOs and Chairman with stronger financial information for decision making and generally stronger financial management.
There is a lively, fun and entrepreneurial culture in two group companies which operate in real estate consultancy services and a digital marketing agency totaling 45 headcount and around AED 15m turnover.
The ledger volumes are not significant, the costs are relatively straightforward, but there are accounting challenges in revenue recognition, financial controls, cashflow management and balance sheet structures and the standard and detail of the management accounting offers a level of detail and insight not common in firms of a similar scale.
