Franchise Manager - fahad - Innovative Foods Co.

Responsible to accomplish objectives, budgets, market coverage and profit targets for the franchise.

• Coordinate relationship between AD and the principals.

• To be the lead change agent within the division.

• To manage and improve process and system of critical business processes that drive customer satisfaction and financial results.

• To be the voice of the customer internally.

• To ensure that all systems and processes are in-line with principal requirements

• To develop training programs to support the systems and processes

• Co-Development of Marketing and Sales Programs with Marketing Manager

• Coordinate ordering/inventory control together with Business Controller.

• Ensure that the best possible competitive pricing is obtained from suppliers

• Through professional presentation of data to ensure that suppliers are both aware of and acting on price requirements.

• Within established parameters, ensure maximum utilization is made of supplier special price offers and rebates.

• Liaise with sales team on forecasting and ensure accuracy of forecasts on annual/quarterly/monthly basis.

• Supply both technical and application information in a timely manner to meet with specific supplier and customer requirements and the on-going needs of the operations.

• Maintain a professional, harmonious relationship with the supplier to the mutual long-term best interests of Jaidah Motors and suppliers.

• Oversee the smooth functioning of the department through the use of KPIs, action plans and regular management reviews with staff.

• Supervise all process improvement projects, including deployment and implementation.

• Plan and oversee soft skills training for all divisional employees.

• Use customer input to make recommendations for process improvement projects, and be the “voice of the customer” internally.
