HR Senior Assistant - Norwegian Refugee Council

Reports to: HR Coordinator

Duty station: One of three - Irbid, Azraq or Zataari

1.Role and responsibilities

Generic responsibilities

- Comply with NRC’s HR policies and procedures

- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures at field office level

- Generate monthly records and reports such as staff lists, leave and other HR statistics

- In coordination Amman HR, provide staff support and care for NRC medical cover and insurance

- Support staff training and development

Specific Responsibilities

- Maintain time sheets for all staff based at the field locationRecord, leave days, sick days and all other absence, and regularly submit to HR Amman

- Assist in Administration matters related to HR

- Participate in field coordination meeting and provide messaging from Amman HR to field staff

- Assist with field level training as required

- Record all field level training events and submit to Amman HR

- In cooperation with Amman level HR support field level interviewing

- Collect an records staff development plans and submit to HR Amman

- Ensure organograms/ structure information is provided to Amman HR

- NRC management (Project Coordinators & Project Managers)
