Internal Audit Executive - Sharaf Retail Division

The purpose of the internal audit executive is to provide the support to the audit team by performing the field work.

It consists in performing timely and accurate test of control (TOC), test of detail (TOD) and helping the senior / manager to draft the documents which require to be file in the general / permanent file.

The nature of audit which the executive may be part of it is operational, financial, governance and compliance audits, help reviewing the accuracy and timeliness of financial and non-financial information.

Ensure good quality of working papers and to comply with the department processes and IAA.

To help preparing the audit draft reports appendix and general file documentation

To perform TOC and TOD

Test the effectiveness of the Company's resources and operating processes. An example of areas which covered in an operations audit include:

*Review of part of the business operation

*The effectiveness of the operational control, and

*Try to identify of areas of improvement in efficiency of performance

Based on the audit program, perform the audit assignments.

While performing audit assigment, ensure that the Company/ department is adhering with to laws, internal and external regulations, policies and procedures.

Help the internal audit team in performing investigation on a timely manner and ensure accuracy and completeness of the facts.

Being part of the internal audit team by communicating and collaborating with colleagues.
