IT Infrastructure and Network Supervisor - Zain Group

The Role:



Support and manage Corporate IT Network for ZAIN offices & shops. Provide technical expertise associated with Planning, Design, Operations & Support.



The Responsibilities:



* Lead the technical teams of IT Network for day to day operations. Monitor, enhance and present the KPI's & SLA IT Network Services.

* Define Technology Roadmap for IT Network with help of Management and vendors. Timely completion of projects and smooth handover to operations.

* Coordinate with Vendors/ Contractors for Support agreements and new implementations.

* Develop and implement policies related to Enterprise Network Services.

* Support the Roll out requirements for corporate offices, call centers and retail outlets.
