• Manage the Lab related decisions to ensure the Lab maximizes its short, medium and long term profitability and returns to its shareholders;

• Effectively manage the human resources of the Lab according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations;

• Establish policies and procedures aligned with the business strategy;

• Liaise and develop relationships with senior official of local governments and other statutory bodies;

• Ensure management of Lab/regional specific HSE requirements

• Build and retain talent pool for further successes;

• Ensure business opportunities are carefully screened and evaluated;

• Ensure partners and assembled capabilities match Lab requirements;

• Motivate staff and ensure their contribution;
