Description



Our client is seeking to hire three positions.



Logistics Manager: Handle the export /Local logistics end to end (over sea, land and air), manage custom clearance providers & local fleet management (Delivery Trucks), liaise with Ocean carriers, freight forwarders, Gulf transportation providers & container trucking for import/export, Develop new transport systems and efficient routes, manage process for special equipment hiring & oversee two direct reports.



Planning Supervisor/ Senior : Build a supply chain function and handle the demand & operation planning (D&OP), inventory analysis, order management and control of demand/supply cycle with supplier for traded goods & raw materials. Inventory planning for production. Close co-ordination with sales/marketing and production dept.



Warehouse Manager: Handle the warehouse. Manage distribution & inventory control, and oversee storage is utilised efficiently and effectively. Ensure safe stocks and check & verify the order & settlement process (Pick/release & Dispatch/delivery). Manage excess and obsolete material control, returns management, manpower management, QC (quality control) checks.



Profile



Local residence in Saudi Arabia, or previous experience living in the country is a plus.



Arabic language a plus, not essential.



Experience in the manufacturing and export orientated industry.



Strong communication skills in English.



Strong interpersonal skills and ability to grow within the organization



Job Offer



Logistics manager approx 25,000 SAR per month



Planning manager and warehouse manager approx 18,000 SAR per month
