Luxury Cars Marketing Manager - SAMACO Automotive Career Site

Functional Description:



This position is responsible for managing operating and controlling activities in order to maximize and promote sales to achieve the planned targets and objectives. Also, he is responsible for evaluating and improving the performance of the national sales team and implementing a proper customer services satisfaction system. As well, he is responsible for the development and execution of brand products and marketing plans



Major Duties and Responsibilities:



• Ensures prompt and effective communications through out the marketing and sales department to ensure proper understanding and implementation of objectives and plans by all national sales team.

• Manages and monitors day-to-day affairs of the marketing and sales plans efficiently and effectively in order to implement and achieve its objectives.

• Develops promotional activates and discount rates.

• Manages and publicizes marketing promotional to promote the brands and services.

• Evaluates and follows up new products launching activities and performance.

• Develops and controls annual budget for capital and operating expenses.

• Plans and recommends alternative method for improving national sales profitability.

• Establishes good customer relation and resolves their complaints.

• Monitors and analyzes customer satisfaction and takes proper actions.

• Monitors competitor’s activities such as launching and/or withdrawal of fleets, their promotional activities, pricing and /or any matters likely to influence the fleet commercial sales.

• Ensures that the necessary systems, and records are established and maintained for effective cash, credit collections, discount … etc.

• Reviews the performance and recommends corrective actions to control cost standards and improve the performance of the national sales and marketing teams.

• Develops customer led performance environment through regular communications, team building and on job training.

• Develops and controls training programs and recruitment activities to maximize the efficiency of the marketing and sales team.

• Ensures that sales employees are presenting themselves adequately in order to create a good public image of SAMACO.

• Provides leadership, direction, training and motivation to subordinate staff.

• Volume plan for three years to be revised with VW factory every three month.

• Ordering vehicles for stock and sales.

• Controlling the order plan schedule on weekly bases to place orders based on controlling the stock levels to order on time to have minimum three month stock on hand to increase sales.

• Requesting the necessary product upgrades from the VW factory to challenge with the competitions.



Note: this job description shall include, but is not necessarily limited to the above duties. May temporarily perform other duties assigned to maintain operations and services.



Reporting Line:

This position reports to the Genral Manager.



Span of Control:

This position supervises the brand’s marketing executives staff.
