Operation Manager - Telecom

• Follow up with PMs project timelines as scheduled • Proactively manage interventions when needed with any changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans • Ensure delivery of projects with the required conditions • Ensure Quality control and monitoring across all projects • Direct and manage contract development from beginning to end • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle • Develop customer relationship and associated communications documents • Pricing of recurrent projects and new opportunities • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise projects team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel • Identify technical trainings and required on-job technical coaching for staff across all projects • Ensure excellent customer focus • Build Customer Relationship and maintain it • Ensure timely visits and follow ups with customers • Review drafts of PMs and confirm the compliance of the budgets versus the initial costing • Constant cost improvement (new suppliers, best practices, optimization of resources, etc…) • Deliver timely project consolidated progress reports • Deliver timely project consolidated financial & cost reports • Deliver timely project consolidated quality Report • Deliver timely project consolidated expense reports
