• Training the team on the IT Asset Management & Services
• Supervise the activities and Work Volume of Associates in attending to incoming calls, emails, tickets and the resolution raised in order to provide optimal service delivery.
• Ensure agreed Customer Service standards are consistently met.
• Actively participate in performance appraisals for Associates.
• Maintaining rosters to meet anticipated business requirements to the agreed standards.
• Adherence to client and TCS Policies with reference to Data protection & SOP adherence.
• Ensuring Quality of services & Mentoring
• Ensure employees are trained to perform their jobs
• Follow up activities of the phone or email with various stakeholders
• Process Improvement initiation and Implementation
• Reports & MIS
• Proactively Identify potential problem related to process and timely escalate/ resolution
