Our Business partner is an internationally established company as a main subcontractor within the field of MEP in the region with mutiple projects now on the way and several new projects to be awarded for 2015 with a total of 2bn Riyal project value
Our clients is seeking to bring on a dynamic individual to lead a Project team of Electrical, Civil and Planning Engineer etc. for mega urban redevelopment within Qatar with strong leadership for project management team/ site management functions by managing coordinating and developing staff. Able to manage independent third party consultant appointed by our client and guides them to have project focus to lead the deliverables. Operate independently to deliver results, will meet regularly senior management team and appraise project progress and financial progress.
Ideal candidates must be able to work cooperatively with other department such as contracts, planning, design, civil, Quality etc.
Have the ability to read the spec and interpret to the correctness of specification and guide the entire team.
Should be a good administrator with strong financial and analytical thinking. Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills,
Successful individuals will be rewarded for their expertise with a competitive total package of QAR 65,000 plus medical and flights - family status
