Project Managers (OSP/FTTx) – Saudi Arabia (5 No.) - Norconsult Telematics

- Manage the consultant services, control quality and quantity of work performed, guide the team and carry the overall responsibility for the task fulfilment and the Consultant's activities

- Set objectives and priorities for the execution of work in line with the project scope and Client’s requirements

- Ensure a detailed Project Plan and satisfactory project procedures are established to direct all project work in order to maintain timely execution and quality of work

- Monitor project progress and proactively track bottlenecks and related issues to ensure that project schedules and key milestones are satisfactorily met

- Coordinate project activities with all involved departments and sections departments to ensure well-ordered, end-to-end execution of all project tasks

- Supervise work results and compare results with guidelines and project plans

- Ensure that results are compiled, documented and forwarded to Client in required format, quantity and quality, and ensure timely and correct presentation and explanation of results

- Establish mechanism to track, review and clarify problem issues raised in the project, and to identify actions needed to resolve project blocking issues

- Hold regular project progress review and coordination meetings with key project team members, with Contractors, and other project stakeholders

- Conduct regular reviews of changing project requirements, organisation and resource needs, and provide recommendations for changes accordingly

- Provide training and support regarding the application of all OSP Standards and specification, including planning output, design and implementation activities

- Coordinate with the PMO Head to identify any process gaps, quality reports and knowledge gaps of all implicated resources including Client, consultant and contractors

- Ensure the application of all Fundamental and Contingency Planning concepts, rules and processess
