The PageGroup is looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our growing Middle East business, based in the MENA Region's hub - Dubai.

A Recruitment Consultant's day is challenging and varied, taking responsibility for both candidates and clients. A Recruitment Consultant is primarily responsible for:



- Identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, managing and developing a client database



- Developing a network of candidates and managing their aspirations and career search



- Managing your client's and candidate's recruitment process from initial interview to offer stage



- Focussing on the importance of service delivery and client relationship management (CRM)



Profile



Recruitment Consultants must be able to demonstrate;



- At least 4 years 360-recruitment experience



- Strong networking and client development abilities



- Excellent time management and organisational skills



- High potential for growth and development within a growing business



- Strong commercial business acumen



- A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career



- Initiative, drive, tenacity, teamwork and fun are all core values we look for in our people
