Recruitment Specialist - Al Jaber Group

1. ROLE PURPOSE





To support the organization to effectively achieve all its staffing goals and hiring needs within scheduled deadlines and targets.







2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES



- Cover the staff recruitment process from the need requirement reception to the offer sending (JD review, job posting, applications screening, HR interview, Hiring manager interview scheduling, offer)- Ensure the process is in line with the agreed Service Level Agreements- Establish standard terms and conditions for external recruitment agents- Coordinate with Local Recruitment Agencies for bulk recruitment and business contracts- Implement innovative recruitment solutions to fill all urgent openings- Ensure a constant reporting on recruitment activities - Follow up with Finance Department about the status of agents payment and guarantee deposits- Attend recruitment and career fairs and other events to expand the potential employee base of new or future recruits- Ensure a good understanding of the manpower future requirements to anticipate the needs

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS





Qualification:



Minimum bachelor degree in human resources or relevant field of study



Experience:



Not less than 3 years recruitment experience



Skills:

- Solid communication and presentation skills



- Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills- Client/Customer focused- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
