Key Responsibilities:

Regional Supervisor manages relationship with the IT Managers and their coordinators.

Work closely with the IT managers and coordinators on scope verification and school data management through portal.

Manage the issue resolution on implementation and operations as being identified by IT managers and coordinators from MoE and STC teams.

Manage all change requests from MoE IT managers.

Single Point of contact for Customer Facing PMO on all project related issues.

Manage order entries and updates in STC business support systems as requested by PMO.

Local Travel to MoE Regional Offices and / or branches to meet staff for business meetings
