Summary
We are seeking an experienced real estate professional to fill a newly created Research Analyst position Dubai. The RA will work alongside the Head of Research and the Senior Analysts as part of the growing Middle East consulting team.

Description
The Research Analyst will be expected to support the Head of Research in the day to day management of both internal and external research reporting. The RA will be assist in producing the Middle East 'Market View' documents as well as other internal and external reports as required. This will include external consulting reports such as feasibility studies and highest and best use studies (HBU's) as well as other bespoke research reports.
The RA will ensure that all research is aligned with company standards of quality and branding, and is properlyintegrated into local and global research platforms.
In addition to the above, you will also eb resp0nsible for tthe following:
- Preparation of consultancy reports, including bespoke external client reports, presentations, and quarterly Market Views.
- Preparation of consultancy proposals, capability statements and other pitch documents for external client
requirements.
- Sourcing and recording of relevant media, including external reports and publications.
- Primary market research for consulting projects, including conducting site visits, construction updates, project benchmarking, interviews, etc.
- Assistance in business development initiatives, identifying potential clients, setting-up meetings, and presenting to clients.
- Network building, establishing contacts across the region (brokers, agents, government agencies, developers and other market players) to assist in research gathering.
- Maintaining and updating property market databases, ensuring accurate and up to date information is
recorded at all times.
- Collaborates with internal marketing teams to prepare company brochures and research department
marketing materials.
- Supports UAE business executives in regional decision making by providing insight into the impact of market trends.
Profile
- Minimum of two year's real estate experience in a research or consulting role.
- Middle East market experience essential.
- A university degree in economics, business administration, real estate or a similar related subject is required.
- Good report writing and editorial skills.
- An effective and experienced communicator with a high degree of comfort presenting both within and outside the organization.
- Advanced knowledge level of 'Microsoft Office' applications.
- Valid UAE driving license required and own car preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Fluent in the English language with a multilingual
individual favoured.
