Retail Property Executive

You will be responsible for the leasing of retail units in Malls across the GCC; this will include negotiating terms of contracts, interacting with external leasing teams and advising on opportunities with in the Market.



Major Responsibilities:

1. A key part of the role will be to Research current and upcoming Malls in the GCC.

2. Required to travel regularly across the GCC

3. Prepare progress reports on a weekly basis on the current leasing status, as well as propose measures & strategies to expand our current real estate offering.

4. Prepare and execute, along with senior management, the groups leasing strategy, to be reviewed and updated quarterly.

5. To prepare a weekly report on all leasing activity, and destitute to senior management.

6. Must produce a quarterly report on the current market trends, in regards to retail leasing in the GCC over all and by individual country.

7. In conjunction with the finance department, produce a detailed viability report for each new leasing opportunity.
