The Role:
You will supervise different functions within the division to achieve business goals and objectives.
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Maintain internal systems to ensure quality and continuity of standards including the delivery of internal and external service level agreements
* Report and investigate key financial information for the Operations team
* Develop systems, processes and financial reports for the Operations team to drive business profitability
* Collect information to identify and optimize performances
* Act as a link between the Operations team and Head Office
* Liaise with the functional departments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have/be:
* At least 1 year of cross-functional team participation
* 1 to 2 years' of project management experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Computer literate
* 2 to 3 years' experience as a Store Manager is preferable.
