Talent Acquisition Officer - Corporate Support

Develop an in-depth understanding of the business and the resource requirements across the building design function in Kuwait and SSH regional offices.



Assist with scoping out requirements by defining the position requirements



Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders



Providing sound recruitment advice and expertise



Work closely with the resourcing team to identify suitable candidates and to build talent pools



Carry out short listing and first stage telephone screening of candidates



Providing detailed candidate short lists to Line Managers



Arranging interviews



Providing advice on candidate selection options including ability testing



Ensuring all candidates are communicated with effectively and expectations are managed accordingly



Providing recruitment reports to the business and Recruitment Manager as required



Preparation of offer letters and employment contracts



Responsible for managing the on-boarding process for new joiners, and carrying out the relevant administration duties.



Maintain and update the Recruitment Management System with all relevant candidate and requisition information



Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep updated on market trends.
