- To Control & Audit all Company accounts, journal entries &Company Procedure, Clients, Local & ForeignSuppliers, Payroll, Banks, Taxation, Company Assets, Shareholders, etc.
- To prepare monthly reports : Balance sheet, Income statement and Cash Flow .
- To be able to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives.
- To be able to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance creativity, problem solving, and results.
- To perform monthly accounting reconciliation (Banks Accounts, suppliers and Monthly Budget,etc… )
- To analyze revenues, cost and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis.
- To resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
- To Verify & control all the transaction in the accounting department.
- To prepare inventory adjustments (Perpetual Inventory System) .
- To follow up the Account Receivables and Payables with Customers & prepare necessary report.
- To Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
- To resolve accounting discrepancies.
