Branch Logistics and Quality Manager

Managing for the whole operation and maintaining the warehouse for medical, pharmaceutical and veterinary products to ensure that it will be maintained according to the standard operating procedures.

Managing of any issues related to Warehouse issues whether it is internal and external.



Managing the process of Good Receipts Note (GNR) of any incoming shipments on timely manner.



To ensure that the statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g. SFDA IRs) are reviewed and presented its result to Quality Assurance Dept for the update and for ensuring the implication and implementation on the relevant W/H SOPs and other procedures



Managing the operational system of the warehouse and enforcing program in accordance with the established policies and procedures.



Responsible to comply with materials handling, and shipping requirements and advising any concerned department if needed.



Responsible for the safeguard of the warehouse operations and its contents by establishing company’s system for security and procedures.



Responsible for inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system.



Responsible for warehouse staff by selecting, orienting and training of the staff.



Responsible to maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending related seminars, workshops and reviewing SOP and other related documents.



Ensure complete warehouse operational requirements to include scheduling and assigning of staff and following up on the work results time to time.



Develops the Warehouse function’s strategic goals, business plans, budgets and resources in coordination with the Director of Supply Chain.



Develops adequate policies and processes for the Warehouse function to maintain efficient operational excellence.



Communicates the Warehouse function’s guidelines and processes to employees and ensures clear understanding of these guidelines.



Ensures materials and equipments are stored correctly and safely, as well as safe and clean workplace for employees in compliance with local regulations. Assumes responsibility of security matters related to projects warehouses buildings and materials.



Responsible for any financial issues by preparing related yearly budget, scheduling expenditures analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.



Ensure adherence to and become branch expert on all quality and compliance requirements as set forth by the Field Quality Management System requirements.



Responsible to ensure observing the allowed temperature especially in the area wherein the stocks are kept cooler and keeping a file record.



Responsible to keep the whole area of the warehouse maintain, clean, out of dust and orderly appearance.



Make sure that Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and any additional requirements from our principals has been applied in our Warehouses and the staff have received the necessary training to apply it in their daily practice .



Performs other duties and responsibilities as required for smooth and efficient operation.
