Commercial / Contracts Manager - Consultancy - Qatar
My client, a prestigious Construction Consultancy are looking for a new Commercial/Contracts Manager to join their high performing team. They have an excellent pedigree in the industry with over 50 years of experience in the Middle East and have worked on some of the highest profile projects in the region.
Qatar is in a continued period of growth driven by the need to deliver large scale projects to improve the infrastructure of the country ahead fo the world cup in 2022.
In the role you will be site based managing the commercial team and liaise with the contractor and client.
To be considered for this position you must:
- Have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Have a minimum of 20 years experience
- Be MRICS or FRICS certified
- Have worked for a Cost Consultancy in either the UK or Middle East as a Commercial or Contracts Manager.
- Have a 1 month notice period.
