POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Coordinates on-site operation for small administrative/operational teams and provides input to performance reviews

• Resolves logistic and suppliers' issues or exceptions; Resolves order issues

• Minimizes company expense, transport costs, inventory levels, etc, while ensuring customer requirements are met

• Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with solid understanding of industry standards and practices; Applies professional judgment in interpreting data and results

• Considers impact of service and individual results on business performance and operational efficiency

• Manages and executes inventory planning processes

• Ensure compliance with import and export regulations; implements process improvements as necessary

• Manages purchasing activities and supplier relationships for a single country

• Ensures supplier agreements are properly documented

• Analyzes supply markets, competitive rates, and performs in-depth risk assessments

• Provides local negotiation support to commodity directors

• Applies specialized knowledge that contributes to the development of services / company concepts and achieves objectives in a creative and effective manner

• Acts as a single point of contact with providers and local teams
