Take notice of each student’s Report Card and Academic Progress

Establish and maintain a detailed awareness of all factors relevant to the spiritual, physical, academic and social needs of each student in the Homeroom and of their individual progress towards desirable educational goals

Get to know each student in the homeroom.

Be available and approachable, setting tones of friendship.

Encourage students to feel “important” and to be moral persons.

Develop a sense of community in the Homeroom.

Monitor behavior, advice and encourage observance

Encourage and monitor each student’s involvement in co-curricular activities.
